Payment Terms and Conditions
If you book an appointment with one of our clinicians through our website, it is important that you are aware of our payment terms and conditions. You will be asked to read these terms and conditions before booking and paying for your appointment.
If you cancel your appointment up to two working days before your appointment is due to take place, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your appointment before 1 pm one working day before your appointment, you will receive a 50% refund. Appointment cancellation after 1 pm the day before the appointment, or on the day of the appointment, will result in you not receiving a refund. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, this will be free if it is done up to two working days before your appointment is due to take place. If you reschedule your appointment before 1 pm one working day before your appointment, you will have to pay a £30 admin fee. You should contact the Practice Team to arrange this and they can take payment over the phone or you can arrange a transfer. You will not be able to reschedule your appointment after 1 pm the day before the appointment, or on the day of the appointment.
