I have specialist experience in treating eating disorders, mood and anxiety disorders and use a unique blend of systemic and strategic family therapy techniques, and cognitive and behavioural strategies along with life coaching skills to help young people with mental disorders and their families. I focus on emotional well-being and building resilience.
