I have been qualified as a psychiatric nurse since 2010 and have worked in variety of settings, older adults’ wards, community working, and psychiatric liaison as well as in GP surgeries. Whilst working as a community nurse I was able to work autonomously by managing a case load, as well as having the skills of being able to confidently make decisions that are beneficial to service user’s recovery processes.  I am a firm believer in providing psychosocial interventions and recovery focused interventions.
