Jasmin Samuel

I first joined Phoenix after completing my undergraduate degree, and later completed a Master’s in Cognitive Neuroscience. My early work involved delivering rTMS treatments for depression and anxiety, carrying out memory screenings in our Memory Clinic, and supporting ADHD services through pre-assessments and QbCheck testing.

Over time, my role has developed into a blend of clinical and operational responsibilities. As Director of Operations and Therapies, I oversee service delivery, governance, and NHS collaboration, including Phoenix’s appointment to a national framework for Autism and ADHD assessment. I work closely with our Clinical Directors to support quality, compliance, and the growth of our services.

Alongside this, I provide ADHD and executive coaching, helping patients manage their condition in a practical and person-centred way. I am committed to building a sustainable, innovative organisation that continues to deliver high-quality care for patients and their families.
