My name is Dr Nicole Harvey
I am experienced in helping clients struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, emotional dysregulation, self-harm, suicidality, and complex trauma. I use an integrative approach, drawing on Schema Therapy, Dialectic Behavioural Therapy, Mentalisation-Based Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques to tailor the therapy to clients’ individual needs. I believe that the therapeutic relationship and collaboration between client and therapist is key to achieving the best outcomes for patients .
Interesting Fact:
When I am not working, you’ll usually find me on long walks with my 3-year-old border terrier, Daphne, or knitting on the sofa!
