I have many years’ experience of providing community based care to people suffering from a range of mental health disorders. I offer basic CBT techniques, anxiety management, gradual exposure therapy, brief solution focus therapy and can assist in behaviour modification programs. I can also provide health screenings at community events, education on diet or exercise and the importance of personal and sleep hygiene in the comfort of your home.
