My name is Rhiannon Curran
I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and joined the Phoenix Mental Health Services team in 2024 as a Junior Therapist. Since joining the team, my role has evolved to encompass both clinical and operational responsibilities, allowing me to contribute to the service in a holistic and dynamic way. Clinically, I am involved in the ADHD Clinic, Autism (ASC) Clinic, and Memory Clinic, where I provide pre-screening appointments as part of the assessment pathway. I also work within the Flow Support Clinic, offering initial consultations and ongoing support to members, helping to ensure continuity of care and a positive therapeutic experience.
Alongside my clinical work, I contribute to the operational development of our services and have recently taken on responsibility for managing the Phoenix MHS social media presence. This involves creating accessible, informative content aimed at raising awareness, reducing stigma, and promoting a better understanding of neurodiversity and mental health. I work alongside our Director of Operations and Therapies to assist with developing clinical partnerships, onboarding team members, marketing, and website development.
I am passionate about delivering high-quality care through a neuroaffirmative approach, ensuring that each individual feels seen, heard, and understood. I strive to create a supportive and collaborative environment where patients feel empowered throughout what can often be a complex and sometimes daunting journey.
