Energy Psychology
Energy psychology combines elements of psychology with body-based techniques that focus on regulating emotional responses and releasing emotional blocks.

Counselling
Counselling provides a supportive, confidential environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. Counselling is often less structured than CBT and allows space to explore experiences at your own pace. Our Counselling service is provided by Christine Everley.

- Grief and loss
- Work stress
- Personal growth
- Self-esteem
