- Complete a consent form
- Pay a £50 holding deposit
The deposit will be deducted from your fee if you’re self-funding or refunded in full once BUPA has paid us. If your BUPA policy has an excess, this holding deposit may be used toward that amount.

After your consent and deposit are received, your journey officially begins and you will receive digital pre-assessment questionnaires.
