My name is Imogen Allen

I am a Positive Psychology Coach with experience working in clinical settings, alongside a Master’s degree in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology. I support individuals who want to enhance their wellbeing, build on their strengths, and move towards a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

My approach focuses on helping you clarify what truly matters to you and supporting you to take purposeful steps towards goals that align with your values. I draw on evidence-based positive psychology interventions, alongside an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)–informed coaching model.

Together, these approaches can help you develop greater psychological flexibility, navigate difficult thoughts and emotions, and create meaningful change—even when things feel challenging.
